Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Effective October 18, 2026 · Please read these terms before using this website.

Part one

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Heritage Consulting Group website at heritageconsultinggroup.co, including its pages, articles, forms, and links (the “site”). “Heritage,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Heritage Consulting Group, LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Website information is general

The site provides general information about Heritage and educational material concerning credit, debt management, financial planning, taxes, business support, funding, and related topics. Content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, credit-repair, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances. Laws, rules, products, and financial situations change; we do not promise that every item is current, complete, or suitable for your situation.

Reading the site, contacting us, or submitting a form does not by itself create a client, advisory, fiduciary, legal, tax-preparation, or other professional relationship. Any paid or personalized service is subject to a separate agreement and its scope, fees, eligibility requirements, and terms.

No guaranteed outcomes

Financial and credit outcomes depend on individual circumstances and decisions made by creditors, credit reporting agencies, taxing authorities, lenders, grantmakers, courts, and other third parties. Heritage does not guarantee a credit-score increase, deletion or correction of information, debt reduction or settlement, tax result, funding award, loan approval, investment return, or other particular outcome. Accurate information is not promised for removal from a credit report.

Free DIY credit software

Heritage sponsors access to a third-party, self-guided DIY credit software service intended to let users work on their credit at no cost through the link provided on the site. The software is operated outside this site. Its availability, features, eligibility, terms, privacy practices, and handling of information are controlled by its provider and may change. Please review the provider’s terms and privacy notices before using it. Heritage does not guarantee results from the software.

Third-party websites and services

The site may link to third-party services, including credit tools, tax services, and other resources. Those services are not operated by Heritage. A link is provided for convenience and does not make the third party’s content, availability, security, products, or practices part of this site. Your use of another service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Review those terms before providing information or making a decision. Heritage is not responsible for third-party sites or services.

Acceptable use and site content

Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, damage, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; interfere with another person’s use; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; or use the site to send unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading material. Do not copy, republish, or commercially exploit site content except as allowed by law or with our prior written permission. Names, logos, text, design, and other site materials belong to Heritage or their respective owners and are protected by applicable law.

Submissions and communications

When you submit information through a site form, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not send Social Security numbers, full financial-account numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through a website form or ordinary email. A form submission is a request to communicate, not an agreement to provide a service.

Automated calls and text messages

If Heritage offers a call or text messaging program, we will request your permission separately through a clear, affirmative opt-in. Providing a phone number or submitting a general website enquiry or application does not, by itself, sign you up for automated or marketing calls or text messages. Where permitted by law and only after you separately opt in, you authorize Heritage Consulting Group to contact you at the number you provide using automated dialing technology and/or artificial or prerecorded voice, for the purpose or purposes described at the time you consent.

Service-related communications and marketing communications are distinct purposes and may be offered as separate choices. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency may vary.

You may withdraw consent at any time. For text messages, reply STOP to a message to opt out of that messaging program; reply HELP for assistance where available. You may also contact us at info@heritageconsultinggroup.co or (228) 202-2696. Opting out of one program may not opt you out of a different program for which you separately provided consent. We will honor applicable legal requirements for requests to stop calls or texts.

SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

When you provide your mobile telephone number and separately consent to receive text messages, Heritage Consulting Group may use your number to send appointment reminders, onboarding communications, service updates, account notifications, customer-support messages, and other messages described at the time of consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Heritage Consulting Group through the contact information provided on this website.

Mobile information, phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text-messaging consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data-sharing provisions and will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support the delivery of the messaging program as necessary to provide the requested service.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded and do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Heritage and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to use of—or inability to use—the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent allowed by law. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@heritageconsultinggroup.co or by calling (228) 202-2696.

Part two

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information may be collected through the site and how it is used. It applies to this website, not to services operated by third parties. Their privacy policies govern information you provide directly to them.

Information you provide

If you contact Heritage or submit an enquiry or careers application, the site may ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, area of interest, experience, and the message or other details you choose to provide. Please do not include Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords, or similarly sensitive information.

How form information is handled

Site enquiry and application forms send the information you submit through Marblism’s hosted email service to Heritage’s contact inbox so we can review and respond. The site itself does not provide user accounts or a personal dashboard for storing form submissions. Messages may remain in the recipient’s email systems and backups, and copies may be retained where reasonably needed to respond, administer a request or application, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. The site does not state a fixed deletion schedule.

Information collected when you visit

Like many websites, the hosting and delivery systems may process technical information needed to provide and protect the site, such as a request’s date and time, pages requested, browser or device information, and network information. The site’s analytics script is configured to load PostHog only when an analytics key is supplied to the site. If enabled, analytics may collect information about visits and interactions under the analytics provider’s technology and settings. We do not make a claim here about a particular analytics retention period or cookie configuration.

How information may be used

  • To receive, review, and respond to enquiries or applications you send.
  • To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the site and its forms.
  • To understand site use and improve the site if analytics are enabled.
  • To comply with legal requirements, protect rights, and address misuse or security issues.

We do not use this policy to promise that all information is never disclosed or processed by service providers. Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, email delivery, or analytics when enabled, and may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or the site.

Links to external services

Links on this site may take you to third-party websites, including the Scorexer credit-analysis signup, Total Tax Pros, and the Heritage-sponsored DIY software provider. When you follow a link, the third party may collect information directly from you under its own privacy notice and terms. Heritage does not control those practices. Please review the provider’s notices before submitting information.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and is not designed to invite children under 13 to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through this site, contact us so we can review the request.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. To make a privacy request, email info@heritageconsultinggroup.co with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe what you are asking us to do. We may need to verify your identity and may be unable to fulfill a request where an exception or legal obligation applies. Your browser may also offer controls for cookies or similar storage; changing those controls may affect how some site features work.

Security, retention, and policy updates

We use service providers to operate the site and route form messages, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be represented as completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information through the site. Information is retained in the systems that receive or process it for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, subject to applicable legal requirements and the providers’ own retention practices; we do not publish a fixed retention schedule here. We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date. The revised version applies from its posted date to the extent permitted by law.

For questions about this Privacy Policy or a privacy request, contact info@heritageconsultinggroup.co or call (228) 202-2696.
